Privacy Policy

Pro Wrist Flipper, operated by Zero Forge LLC ("we," "us"), helps watch resellers analyze deals. This policy explains what we collect, why, and your choices. It covers the Pro Wrist Flipper web app and our Chrome extensions: the Watch Sourcing Copilot and the Pro Wrist Flipper Comp Importer.

Information we collect

• Account information — your name and email address, provided when you sign up with Google or with an email and password.
• Operating data you enter — leads, comps, deal inputs, inventory, bankroll figures, and settings. This is saved in your browser and, when you are signed in, in our database so it persists across devices.
• Usage data — basic, privacy-preserving information about how the app is used, to keep it reliable and improve it.

How we use it

To provide and operate the deal desk, keep your account secure, respond to support requests, and improve the product. We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use or transfer your data for any purpose unrelated to the product's features.

Chrome extension (Pro Wrist Flipper Comp Importer)

The optional Comp Importer extension is a convenience tool for paid users. It handles data as follows:

• Access key (authentication information) — the key you generate in the app is stored locally in your browser (Chrome sync/local storage) and is used only to authorize imports into your own account. It is never sold or shared.
• eBay listing data (website content) — when you click "Import Visible Comps" on an eBay sold-results page, the extension reads the sold-result cards already visible on that page (title, sold price, date, item link) and sends them into your own Pro Wrist Flipper comp library. It only reads what is already on screen.
• The extension does not read your eBay credentials, browsing history, or pages other than the eBay results page you choose to import from, and it does not collect personal or sensitive data for us.

Chrome extension (Watch Sourcing Copilot)

The Watch Sourcing Copilot analyzes watch listings for resale margin as you browse supported marketplaces. It handles data as follows:

• Publicly visible listing content (website content) — on the marketplace pages you browse (Buyee, Facebook, Reddit, Watchuseek, WatchRecon), the extension reads watch listings already visible on screen: title, asking price, photos, and description. Analyses are stored locally in your browser's extension storage. Listing titles and image URLs are sent to our own server (prowristflipper.com) solely to look up comparable eBay prices for that watch; they are not retained server-side and are never shared or sold.
• eBay sold results (website content) — to verify a deal against real sale prices, the extension may open an eBay sold-listings search in a background tab and read the sold prices on that page. That data stays on your device.
• Settings (configuration) — your buying assumptions (fees, tariff, coupon rate, watch aliases) and analysis results are stored in Chrome extension storage on your device. Clearing the Radar or removing the extension deletes them.
• Exchange rates — the extension fetches currency rates from frankfurter.dev; those requests contain no personal data.
• Leads you choose to send — clicking "Send to PWF" delivers that one listing (title, price, source link) into your own Pro Wrist Flipper account, authenticated by your access key.
• The extension does not collect your browsing history, credentials, messages, friends/contacts, or any account data from the sites you browse; it does not use analytics or advertising SDKs; and it does not download or execute remote code.

Service providers

• Google — sign-in (OAuth); we receive your name and email, not your Google password.
• Supabase — authentication and database storage.
• Vercel — application hosting.

Cookies & local storage

We use essential browser storage to keep your work between visits and sign-in cookies set by Google and Supabase to keep you signed in. We do not use third-party advertising or cross-site tracking cookies.

Your choices

You can request access to or deletion of your data, or clear locally-saved data in your browser at any time. To remove the extension's stored access key, clear the extension's storage or remove the extension. Contact us at support@prowristflipper.com.

Data retention & security

We retain your account and operating data while your account is active and delete it on request. Data is transmitted over TLS and protected by per-user access controls.

Children

The service is not directed to anyone under 18.

Changes

We may update this policy; the "last updated" date reflects the current version. Material changes will be noted in the app.
