Flip Reports are finished deals with the full math shown. The format:
- Source: where the watch came from and what the ask was.
- Buy: what you actually paid, plus any extra costs (service, parts, shipping in).
- Sale: platform, sale price, actual fees taken.
- Net: true profit after everything, and days held.
- Lesson: the one thing you'd do differently.
No highlight reels. Losses are welcome and honestly more useful — a report where the "profit" died in the fee stack or a return teaches more than another win.
